Learning Experience Designer
As our new Learning Experience Designer, you will be joining our Learning Experience Design team, with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and unique projects.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Instructional Design; or at least 3-5 years of experience being as a learning experience designer
- Master’s degree in education preferred
- Specialized training or certification in Software Engineering preferred
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience with current learning technologies in a large corporate environment
- Knowledge of instructional systems design methodology, rapid design/development methodologies, adult learning theory, research methodology,
and assessment tools - 2+ years of experience developing with Storyline, Captivate, or other rapid e-Learning development tools
- 2+ years of experience authoring and/or managing content within Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
- Sound understanding of Project Management and experience leading and coordinating project activities
- Certified Performance and Learning Professional (CPLP) or similar industry certification
Working at Enable Education
This is a full-time position. It’s a 40 hour a week job, but the hours will be up to you. As long as you put in the work, you can start as early as 7:00am and finish as late as 7:30pm. Core office hours are 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
